My post workout meal looks quite interesting doesn’t it? Lots of people get suspicious of the taste when foods are green, but I guess now it’s kind of a trend with all things green as well so that’s good. I still haven’t tried this Matcha Latte that everyones talking about though, it looks super cool so I really need to get on to it.
Anyhow, this is what I had after my legworkout, just threw a bunch of random stuff into the thermomix (love it) and it turned into a lovely green creamy sorbet. With added protein, gains baby!
This is how you make it:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mango
A splash of coconut water
A handful of celery
A handful of kale
1 table spoon of Sacha Inchi (vegan protein powder. You can use whichever one you want though)
Cinnamon after taste
Then I just topped it with a home made nut and seed muesli, delicious!
