GLUTES AND HAMSTRINGS

Excuse the crappiest pics in history but that was really all I had, it’s so dark in the gym.

Had such a badass glute and hamstring session yesterday, lots of energy and lots of exercises, I think exercises wise glutes have the exercises that are most fun according to me, like hyperextensions, hip raises etc, I actually think that’s fun. Call me crazy… Looking forward to bringing my two newfound swedish friends to the gym on monday and going through all these things with them. Anyways, I’m gonna try to remember what I did and share it with you guys, so here we go:

Deadlifts:

5 set – 12 reps

Hyperextensions:

3 sets – 12 reps

Cable kickbacks:

3 set – 12 reps

Kickbacks with dumbbell:

3 set – 12 reps

Hamstring curls:

3 set – 12 reps

Good mornings:

3 set – 12 reps

Calf raises:

4 set – 12 reps
