I’ve been going to the same gym as my mate for like a week now which is awesome to finally have a gymbuddy, and someone I can force to film my workouts hehe. He was very kind to film two of my absolute favorites for back, first one is the close grip pulldown which focuses more on the middle of your back instead of the lats (wings) that regular pulldowns do. The other one is the straight arm pulldown in the cable machine.
In the first exercise I’m going quite heavy so don’t put too much attention on my form, make sure to keep your shoulders back and back straight, same with the second exercise, or same with all back exercises really. As I’ve probably told you before I don’t really like going after one very strict workout scheduale. I like having a bit of an idea of what I’m going to do before, but in general I just make it up as I go, listen to what my body and mind feel like doing pretty much. That’s why I wouldn’t get sick of the gym, because I make sure to do stuff I enjoy every time and don’t force myself to anything.
