This week has been mostly about trying to help my swedish friends out at the gym, showing them different exercises, proper form and pure fucking willpower. I love it! They are doing better and better each time and trying harder which is awesome to see. It will be interesting today though when I have a heavy legsession planned out for both myself and for the girls. They are gonna hate on me so bad two days from now I should probably prepare to fly off to Mexico or something…

We did a lot of the same exercises, with a few variations but here’s what I did:

4 sets of chinups or eccentric chinups, as many as I could

Straight arm pulldowns:

3 set – 12 reps

One arm cable pull rows:

3 set – 12 reps

Latpulldowns:

4 set – 12 reps

Seated rows:

3 set – 12 reps

Bent over barbell rows:

3 set – 12 reps

Bent over dumbbell rows on bench:

3 set – 12 reps

Hammercurls:

3 set – 12 reps

Bicepcurls with barbell

3 set – 12 reps

Rows with TRX:

3 set – 10 reps
