Namnamnam! I am getting so inspired to learn new recipies when I get the chance to taste all these amazing ecoeatery dishes. This was for dinner yesterday, and my tastebuds were singing. Chargrilled pumpkin, zucchini, mushrooms and pepitas with boiled brown and black rice. Olive oil, himalayan salt and pepper and you are done. How awesome?!
My food intake has been very different than usual yesterday and today because I started feeling sick the other day and since I ain’t got time for that shit I was very determined to cleanse the toxins and germs out straight away, more about that in the next post though.
