So this was a freakin’ amazing discovery that Sarah made in the kitchen today. Homemade vegan (!!!) cheese with herbs, creamy and absolutely guilt free. Honestly didn’t think it was possible but this result proved me wrong. So this is nutbased with garlic etc for flavour. Together with a couple homemade dehydrated crackers made from juicepulp, pretty wicked. We will definitely be serving this at the event on friday that I’m helping to host, the menu is delicious I must say.
